Allison Norris is the founder and CEO of the Dentele Group, a nonclinical recruiting agency. She is also a dental hygienist by profession. Refusing to stay stagnant in her career, Allison took a leap of faith in 2018 and left clinical dentistry. Every opportunity for growth, both personally and professionally, she accepted gratefully with open arms. During her career, Allison has spoken for a dental pharmaceutical company, coached hundreds of dental hygiene teams across the Southeast, built a consulting division at a dental billing organization, and successfully launched an orthodontic tech startup as the director of development. After making the decision to resign from the startup, she used the skills she had accumulated to launch The Dentele Group, a niche, boutique recruiting agency. She recognizes the qualities that her clients want and places each candidate in a position where they will thrive.
