You’re searching for a practice to buy. You come across two practices with identical collections numbers. Even their expenses are about the same. And they’re listed at the same price. But Practice A is dingy, dark, kind of run down; it has old equipment and still uses paper charts. Practice B, on the other hand, has lots of bright sunlight, nice flooring and art on the walls. It’s all digitized and has the latest equipment. Shouldn’t that second practice be worth more?
