At each stage in her life she had an unwavering commitment to excelling in every aspect, whether it be as a devoted wife, a mother to four children, a trusted friend, or a diligent employee and employer. However, the juggling act of these roles led to constant feelings of exhaustion and disconnection. She was burnout.

Andrea came to a realization: things had to change. She noticed that numerous women faced similar struggles, trying to be ‘superheroes', and it was taking a toll on their lives. So, she decided to go on a journey of self-discovery. During this journey, she redefined what being a superhero really meant.

She firmly believes that within every woman, there's a SuperHERo waiting to be unleashed. This SuperHERo represents a woman's true power, potential, and purpose.

Andrea established The Thrive by Design Group to empower women to embrace their true selves and unlock their inner SuperHERo. The company's mission is to help women step into their power, pursue their purpose, and achieve their full potential.
